April 9th

This is my new baseball hat. It is the same one the Australian team wore at the 2009 World Baseball Classic.

April 8th Foto

We went out to the beach to the MPS tennis tournement (formerly the Bausch and Lomb). So you would expect a shot of the ladies playing right. Well I did take some fotos of the tennis but I also took this one of the sunset over the stadium and I liked it better so it was the daily winner.

April 7th Foto

I wanted to start a bottle collection of different beers I drink but due to space and hygiene issues (beer bottles stinks if they are not cleaned out right), I came up with a 21th century solution. If i take fotos of the different bottles I still have a collection which only takes up computer space and doesn't reek. I also avoid having to move them around and dust them. This is the first in my collection, I know its a can not a bottle which is another reason to use fotos. Empty cans are hard to store and I am not saving full cans it is a waste. I have seen the OLD CHUB at the Freshmarket and finally decided to try it. I guess it is a pretty good replication of a Scottish ale because it has that ale taste which I don't particularly like but I would drink on occasion if I had to.

April 6th Foto

I agree this should have been my foto for the day of my interview but I didn't get around to it and then today I ran out of time and ideas so I used this as a stopgap to get me to the next foto. It is possibly the worst of the fotos I have taken so far.

April 5th Foto

I am the type of nerd who would take a foto of a frozen food box just because of the name. I also have fotos of signs from two stores next to each other on the road to Rosman in North Carolina. Stewart Upholstery and Dave's Market seemed too good to pass up. Ian is my dad's name so I figured I would try his Buffalo chicken fingers which were pretty average.

Pharmacy School Interview

I had my interview on Friday which was the last step of the application process. I have been looking forward to this ever since i got my letter telling me that i had to have an interview. I wore my suit and my new tie, looking pretty sharp even if I do say so myself. I was planning on fotographing this for my foto project but Caroline had taken the camera while I was talking to my parents on the fone. If I had of planned better I could have got that done. When I arrived I parked in my usual spot and walked over to the Towers. It was interesting to see the students waiting around for all the interviewees to arrive I am sure they outnumbered us 2-1. I checked in and spent 20 minutes or so talking to one of the students about traveling and such. I also signed some sort of confidentiality agreement which I didn't read properly. I was then ushered into the office to the second waiting room, with a couple of other students and interviewees. I waited there and talked about Jacksonville with the students. I was then taken into one of the interview rooms by Dr Moorman and met with my other interviewer Melissa Hanbury (Student Affairs Coordinator). It was a fairly quick 5-10 minute interview with only three questions and then I asked "What can I do to help me prepare before class starts?", which Robin answered for me. Mostly it is just keep learning generic and brand names and make sure I manage my time when classes actually start, which may be the harder part. I found a box of Brand/Generic flash cards a coworker gave me when i first started so I plan to work through them as much as possible. Now I am just waiting for the letter in the mail telling me one way or another what I am doing next year....

4th Foto

I was driving home from dropping off Caroline at the tennis tournament when I noticed the paw prints on the bonnet of my car. When I got home i took Fenway for a walk then went back outside and snopped this picture. It wasn't until I showed it to Caroline that night that I realised it was also a shot of the sky reflected on the bonnet.
